Letter Perfect Designs Placecard Printing

Your placecards can be beautifully printed in lettering to coordinate with your event. Due to the size of the placecards, we recommend that you choose a style of lettering that is easy to read. We also recommend a darker ink color. Price is for CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PLACE CARDS.

Turnaround Time: Usually 1-2 business days after proof approval but can vary significantly during March-September. Please call or email for current time frame.

To Place An Order:

Ready to place your order? Great! Please follow the steps below to ensure that your place cards arrive at our office and are ready to be printed. If you have any questions during the process please email us or call (224)622-2289 (local) or 888-623-0093 (outside Chicagoland).

1. Create your list in either a Microsoft Word document or an Excel spreadsheet. If using Word, please do not use tables or other formatting. Begin your list with the guest's name(s) and Table Number (if we are printing those) underneath each other in column format, ie:

Mr. John Armand

If using Excel, create a spreadsheet with 2 columns with the following headings: Name, Table. Then proceed to enter your list. If you need separate names on the same card, keep them in the same cell separated by a semicolon. They will be listed one underneath the other on the place card.

Please Note: Your place cards will be printed EXACTLY from your list we do not do any proof-reading or changes. Please make sure the list you provide is as you would like to see it on your cards. We provide a PDF proof prior to printing for final approval.

2. Email a copy of your list to info@letterperfectdesigns.com. Or you may save it to a disk and include it with your cards.

3. Fill out the Order Form. Include it and your payment option with all your place cards* and ship them to Letter Perfect Designs, 715 Hunters Way, Fox River Grove, IL 60021.

*Please remember to include at least 10% extra for spoilage. Any unused cards will be returned. We try to keep 5 for additions, changes or errors that may come up later, however, if you would prefer we don't, please just let us know.
